I ordered this because anthocyanins are beneficial for eye fatigue. Previously, I relied on artificial tears, but now my eyes are less dry and the eyestrain has greatly diminished. I intend to take it regularly unless something changes.

I ordered astaxanthin on my dermatologist's recommendation, primarily to improve skin tone and reduce acne marks. While quick results shouldn't be expected, I've noticed improvement in my skin colour, and the post-acne spots on my cheeks have reduced slightly. I've been taking it for a month and hope for even better results after three months.

I feel the effect is good after taking it, and my trust in this brand was well-placed. However, the price of Jarrow on iHerb has increased significantly. After finishing the first couple of bottles I ordered, I’ve become a fan of their astaxanthin, but I might not repurchase it.
